Comunidad might be for you if...
- you want to be a part of an intentionally multi-cultural community of solidarity and care, which seeks to transcend boundaries while honoring and celebrating what makes cultures and identities unique and beautiful.
- you want to be part of a community which takes seriously God's call to do justice as a vital part of our journey of faith.
- you think all voices, especially those that have been marginalized historically, have value and are necessary, and are open to ways "traditional" leadership and structures might/will change as a result of including those voices.
- you think being "in the street" protesting injustice and speaking out for human rights and dignity is just as much church as the Sunday morning service.
- you think that the interlocking systems of domination present in systemic injustice (racism, classism, sexism, homophobia, etc.) allow no one to live into their full, God-created humanity, even though some of us benefit (to greater and lesser degrees) from those systems.
